“We had a great experience with Joseph and his team when we had them renovate and add a master suite and office to our house. He communicated throughout the entire process and worked with all the engineers, inspectors, and mechanical contractors. “Troy and Mick were respectful & professional while spending the better part of 8 months in our home renovating our upstairs to create a walk-in closet and playroom area, replacing our railings & bannisters, while also finishing our basement. Pricing was done on an hourly basis. Custom work was completed on a featured reclaimed barnwood wall and walnut bar top as well as the railings & bannisters.”

“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”
